was born in Switzerland and after spending 15 years in Australia came to Canada in 1985. He is the heart and soul of Trixi's, looking after our customers' needs most of the time.
BEATRIX HANDLBAUER
comes from Austria where she completed a college program in Hotel Management near Salzburg. After working in different hotels in Switzerland and Austria, and immigrating to Canada in 1989, she has returned back to her first love the "gastronomy" by partnering with Ernst in this project.
They both live in Burnaby together with Beatrix's son, Donald, as well as dog, Sammie, a Labrradoodle.
